A Windows 10 or 11 PC for the counter and a USB or network thermal printer (58mm or 80mm). Owners use the admin portal in any browser, so you can check sales from your phone or laptop.
Yes. ArfaPOS sends invoices to FBR and prints PRA e-invoice receipts with a QR code, without a separate FBR machine. It's included free on the Growth and Business plans, and is a Rs 2,500/month add-on on Starter.
You get the full Business plan free for 7 days, with no credit card. When the trial ends your account simply pauses and nothing is charged. You choose a plan to continue, or export your data.
Yes. Every plan includes free onboarding support, and Growth and Business include a dedicated onboarding session with our team. You can add products in the admin portal or import them from a CSV file, and most businesses go live the same day.
